A problem of efficiency
This Tuesday, the Marseille coach Jorge Sampaoli presented himself at a press conference and spoke of the progress and areas for improvement of his team, the best defense in Ligue 1 but less effective in front. “From what I’ve been told, we’re the best defensive team, in terms of stats. We have more chances than against us, even if we are not sharp enough, we are fishing in the finish, some players are less well at this level ”, he admitted in remarks relayed by The Phocaean. Indeed, the teammates of Dimitri Payet haven’t conceded a goal in four games, but have only scored two in the same period.
