The situation does not get better for the Girondins, surprised by Brest (1-2), Sunday, during the 15th day of Ligue 1.
Bordeaux was off for a new disillusionment on Sunday. Opposed to Brest at the Matmut Arena, the Girondins were indeed inclined 2-1, thus linking a third game without a win in Ligue 1.
The Bordelais remain stuck in the depths of the standings with only 13 points after 15 days. Their lowest total since the 1970-71 season when the Scapular club had 13 units at this point in the season (factoring in the three-point victory).
Bordeaux is particularly struggling defensively as evidenced by its 32 goals conceded after 15 days. It is also necessary this time to go back to the 1959-60 season to find worse for the Girondins, who had indeed conceded 52 goals at this stage of the season.
