The Barça and Quique Setien have already reached a Pact for the former manager of the Barça team to collect his settlement, pending after being fired from the Barça club in the summer of 2020. This is how the program has advanced ‘Què T’hi Jugues’ from Cadena Ser, which informs that Setién will collect in installments the 4 million euros that the club owed him, thus avoiding judgment that was set for the next December 20th. Less than a month from the date then, the hearing will not be held since the Barça club will recognize that the dismissal was unfair and the Cantabrian will collect the amounts that correspond to him.

Already this Tuesday, the one who was Setién’s second coach at Barça and current Andorra coach, Eder Sarabia, already explained that the issue was “close to being resolved”, as has been confirmed this Wednesday.

Quique Setien came to the bench of the Barça club in January 2020 after the dismissal of Ernesto Valverde and he was fired eight months later, in August and after the stoppage caused by the pandemic, after 2-8 in Lisbon against Bayern Munich.
