Man City: Grealish makes his self-criticism

Arrived this summer at Manchester City, Jack Grealish has been quite discreet since his beginnings in sky blue. He confided in the Telegraph.
His transfer made a lot of noise during the summer transfer window, yet his first months at Manchester city are quite discreet. Jack Grealish had been recruited this summer by the Skyblues for the astronomical sum of 117 million euros, thus becoming the transfer most expensive in Premier League history.
Still, the England international struggles to regain the influence he had on the game at Aston Villa. Author of two goals and three assists in 15 matches in all competitions, the 26-year-old Englishman knows he can and must do better to become a strong member of the Citizens. ” I have so much more to give for Manchester City. It’s harder than I thought, to adapt to a different manager and teammates. At the beginning, I thought I had more the ball, to be more decisive but it does not work at all like that ”, he told the Telegraph on Wednesday.

The winger had only known the Villans in his career and went directly to a higher dimension by joining one of the best teams in the world, with the price of a transfer to be borne. Although his performances are not catastrophic, for the moment they are insufficient to justify the amount spent by City to afford him.
Absent for nearly a month, the Birmingham native could return to his former club on Wednesday, although he is still uncertain.
