Lyon hooligans create a new scandal

After incidents in the stands at the Charléty Stadium, provoked by Lyon supporters, the meeting between Paris FC and OL could not resume on Friday evening.
Football was on Friday night. Stupidity too. In a sold-out Charléty Stadium for the clash between the Paris FC and theOL, Moussa Dembele managed to equalize with a superb strike before half-time (44th), to respond to the opening goal signed Gaëtan Laura (7th). But this 32nd final of the Coupe de France was never able to resume. Overflows in the stands ended up stopping the meeting.
While the two teams had just returned to the lawn, hooded Lyon ultras left their parking lot (where there were 600 people) to appear in the neighboring stand and smoke bombs were thrown at the opposing public and in particular children. This created a movement of panic and Parisian spectators descended on the athletics track, some taking the opportunity to invade the lawn of the Charléty Stadium (to take selfies).

Lyon supporters in delirium
Overwhelmed, the security service managed to send all the Rhone fans back to their yard. OL supporters then “celebrated” their coup for a good half hour of play before the announcement of the stoppage of the match by the stadium announcer. Mr. Stinat had 45 minutes to make a decision in the face of these scandalous excesses.
After the withdrawal of a point in Ligue 1 at OL, due to the bottle received by Dimitri Payet at the head during the reception of OM, and the suspension of 5 firm matches for President Jean-Michel Aulas , to its chagrin, the Lyon club will have to answer for these serious incidents that occurred during this Coupe de France meeting in this (insecure) Charléty stadium.
