Jorginho and Mendy lead Chelsea!

Jorginho and Edouard Mendy had a difficult Saturday with Chelsea, overturned in the derby at West Ham (3-2).
Third in the Ballon d’Or ranking, Jorginho is not in his best shape right now. A week after his very big ball against Manchester United (1-1), the Italy international was again guilty in the loss suffered by Chelsea this Saturday at West Ham (3-2).
Author of a hazardous receding pass, Jorginho put Edouard Mendy in difficulty and the Senegalese goalkeeper, no more inspired for the blow, conceded a penalty converted by Manuel Lanzini (40th sp). Chelsea led in the score from the goal of Thiago Silva (28th), and the Blues regained the advantage with a superb volley from Mason Mount (44th).
But the men of Thomas Tuchel, seriously jostled in this derby, were joined in the second half on a goal from Jarrod Bowen (56th), and Mendy was again surprised on a cross deflected from the former Valenciennois Arthur Masuaku (87th) .
Beaten for the second for the second time this season, Chelsea could give up their first place to Manchester City or Liverpool. For its part, West Ham revives after three games without a win and consolidates its fourth place. Ahead of Chelsea, Leicester, Tottenham and Liverpool have already fallen at the London Stadium this season.
