Atalanta-Roma, a shock that changes everything!

After a perfect match, AS Roma won on Atalanta (1-4) on Saturday during a crucial Serie A meeting.
When José Mourinho makes the happiness of… Inter Milan! On a cloudy note at the end of the year, with 6 straight wins, theAtalanta collapsed in front of theAS Rome (1-4), Saturday in Bergamo, to be now 6 points behind the interior leader, who won Friday night against Salernitana (0-5).
The Dea of Gian Piero Gasperini however largely dominated the game, but everything turned in favor (or almost) of Giallorossi. Tammy Abraham opened the scoring entry (1st), then Nicolo Zaniolo went on to score his first goal of the season in the league (27th). Luis Muriel was launched into the battle and one of his strikes, deflected by Bryan Cristante, revived the suspense (45th + 1).
Veretout on the last two goals
Atalanta believed to equalize thanks to their other Colombian striker, Duvan Zapata causing another csc from Cristante, but the VAR canceled the goal for an offside from José Luis Palomino (68th). The Romans finally took off thanks to Chris Smalling, on a free kick from Jordan veretout (72nd), then a 2nd goal from Abraham (82nd), following a strike from the French international.
The men of the “Special One” go back to 5th position, 5 points behind 4th (Napoli).
